The charging regulator circuits of the De-Qing type are now in common use in high-power high-voltage line-type modulators,especially in Linac modulators.Experimentation shows that its regulation accuracy will not be high if no necessary measures are taken. The main factors affecting the regulation accuracy include:certain inherent delays in the comparator and trigger circuit and in the turn-on time of the semiconductor switch;charging delays created by the charging transformer leakage inductance and the primary magnetizing inductance of the pulse transformer;changes in the HV supply voltage;the type of the De-Qing network used(oscillatory or damped)and the reference threshold voltage accuracy in the cornparator system. A quantitative analysis is given,indicating the dependence and relation between these various factors.Some important conclusions have been reached. Finally,some simple and practical methods for improving the regulation accuracy are described and evaluated.

The paper introduces the protection device against leakage in low voltage line realized by means of selective monolithic processor in underground mine,analyses the principle and operating parameter, provides the structure of hard and soft ware and experimental data of the device.
