The author ofthis essay agrees with the former view advocated by Heidegger.As far as the organic unity of man and existence is concerned, man himself is in the unity,for he cannot stand outside existence as in the mode of subject-object separation to grasp andtalk about existence from mere conceptions. In order to grasp the unity,man can only experiencethe meaning of existence through realms beyond the reach of conceptional language,that is,inareas of the unspeakable and through the state of ″nothingness.″In short,philosophy is to setoff in contrast the unspeakable through the speakable,and to imply the superlogical and superra-tional through logical and rational matters.

The subject -object relationship between teacher and students is a topic which has long been discussed in the field of philosophy of education at home and abroad. This paper, based on the synthetic analysis of various historical theories on the subject-object relationship between teacher and students, intends to submit a recognition of the relationship, and the writer thinks that this relationship is a dynamic circulating relationship that alternates during the process when teaching activities are gradually going on. It experiences such a gradually deep-going process of cognition as the subject - object relationship between teacher and teaching materials, that between teacher and students, that between teacher, students and teaching materials and that between students and teaching materials. During this circulating process of cognition, the subject-object relationship between teacher and students alternates, teacher and students fulfil the teaching process together. Both teacher and students should clearly realize their own positions and functions in the 4 above -mentioned relationships, pay special attention to the principal contradiction, bring their own subject functions into full play and jointly solve contradictions in teaching so as to enhance the quality of teaching.
