A comparison of protein variation was made for the first time between Anopheles sinensis from Wuxi and Zhengzhou by two dimentional slab gel electrophoresis followed by sensitive silver staining method. A total of 142-144 proteins were detected, among Which, 35 were found to be variable. Two of the proteins showed only quantitative di-fference, whereas the rest 33 differed in both their molecular weights and isoelectric points. The thin laver isoelectric focusing electrophoresis has been conducted for studying isozymeand protein variations in four geographic groups of T. dendrolimi. 本文应用薄层等电聚焦电泳法分析了松毛虫赤眼蜂4个地理种群的酯酶同工酶、苹果酸同工酶及蛋白质。结果表明:松毛虫赤眼蜂地理种群的酯酶同工酶间有一定差异,苹果酸同工酶及蛋白质间差异极小。与垂直板凝胶电泳比较,薄层等电聚焦电泳法用以分析松毛虫赤眼蜂的酯酶同工酶,分辨率较高,可用于地理种群的鉴定。
