On the basis of the CH model,this paper brings the human capital into the model,constructs the model measuring the technology diffusion caused by imports which contains the mutual item of the human capital and foreign R&D. Adopting the data of China and the 15 OECD countries,this paper estimate the technology diffusion caused by imports with different human capital measuring indexes.

The paper analyzes more than one hundred types of compoundable wye branches structure built both at home and abroad on sources of energy project, and designs four typical body-type of crescent-shaped rib wye branches.Through a large amount of computational results the authors have proved the type of force-system equilibrium of wye free branches to be the optimum type even in internal pressure. These computational results include: deformation, distribution of stress, concentrated-factors and domain of stress, different Poisson's ratio's effects. The calculated results are in good agreement with those obtained from photoelasticity experiments. In meantime, the authors have proved that the steel model measured by strain gauge method would complicate the problem a great deal. In addition, the steel model is not analogous to the prototype.
