In the light of the technological characteristics of monoblock stretch forming for left-right halves of motorcycle fuel tank, the location where breaking and wrincling happen and the causes are found by using the numerical simulation to undertake a technological analysis and a stress-strain analysis, and also relative measures for prevention are proposed, so that the forming process has been greatly improved.

针对摩托车油箱左右瓣一体拉深成形工艺的特点,应用数值模拟技术对其进行工艺分析和应力应变分析,确定其破裂和起皱等缺陷产生的部位及原因,提出相应的防止措施,使其成形工艺得到较大改进。

Aimed at the motorcycle fuel tank forming process, using the numerical simulation software, it is studied on the strain/stress character and the influence of the major technologic parameter on its thickness variation. It is developed the means and the principle of avoiding the forming defeat through try-out die.

针对摩托车油箱冲压成形,通过对其进行数值模拟,分析了其应力应变及主要工艺参数对板料厚度变化的影响。通过模具的调试,提出了克服成形缺陷的具体措施及原则。
