The paper describes a CW, non-cooling, digital all-solid-stated LD pumped Nd:YVO4 driver which adopts microprocessor control, stability power of laser feedback and laser output power about 10mW. The system is composed of constant current source, soft diagram, protection, pulse schematic and laser power feedback loop.
Second, based on a single-machine-infinite-bus system, the effect of HSVC on system voltage stability, power angle stability, phase-leading operation, static stability and transient stability is illustrated in the paper after calculation of practical data and theoretical analysis and the above effects of HSVC are also compared with those of TVC.

Based on found model profile and computer simulation,we designed the high stability power supply, put into effect and achieved a good result.
A Varying regularity of generator's stability index S i,by using trajectory analysis method,with its input P oi is revealed in OMIB system.Then the similar regularity is found at the critical machine in multimachine power systerm.By applying this regularity,the efficiency of calculating the critical machine's transient stability power limit can be improved.
