The topsoil better than plough tillage does and keeps the subsoil tight. This kind of "upper loose and lower tight" arable layer structure keeps more water and stores more water in rain season, at same time makes it possible to increase the mount of available phosphorus and nitrigen in soils. The improvement of water and manure in rotary tillage soil provates soybean germinating and growing and makes plants use water economically, increases soils ability of drought resistance, saves up oil, reduces production costs and increases effects. Therefore, under dry conditions of our province, using rotary tillage instead of ploughing tillage to some rotation systems, not only is feasible, but also economic and effective. Rotary tillage techique adapt regions and extension range have been determined through middle-stage experiments, and that rotary tillage has prominent economic and social effects has been determined through trial under production conditions.

A new approach for internal model control, V-canonical internal model control (V1MC), is suggested. As compared with the approach of a model predictive control, the design procedure is simplified, the tuning parameters are reduced, the complex calculation of matrix inverse is averted, and especially, when the plants use multiple time delays, the calculation time is greatly shortened. VIMC techniques are readify applicable to chemical process control problems.
