On the basis of these, the problem of the compensation of the temperature instabilities of single crystal YIG microwave devices, caused by the variations of the anisotropy field, is discussed. Significant corrections to the temperature compensation directions that have been in use are introduced. Formulae for the calculation of the temperature characteristics of YIG devices with the applied magnetic field in the corrected compensation directions are given.

The method designed to find out, by experiments, thefunctional relationship between radius of curvature R and geometrical factor C_α renderedpossible the calculation of and its use in production by use of the above formula. A theory has been postulated that the vector of thermal shock stress scatters on the bigclinker grains while diffracts on grains of medium size which explains the antithermal shockfunction of the grain structure. Finally, by use of statistical conception and that of finiteelement, a scattering model is discussed thereby calculation is carried to derive the follo-wing formulas for the coefficient of safety of structure ζ and for the coefficient of safetyrefractory material.

In November 1981, we collected a fresh-water dinoflagellate-Glenodinium qymnodinium Penard from a pool in the suburbs of Kunming. We have succeeded in the culture of this organism in the laboratory. In November 1981, we collected a fresh-water dinoflagellate-Glenodinium qymnodinium Penard from a pool in the suburbs of Kunming. We have succeeded in the culture of this organism in the laboratory. The medium used is a modified artificial medium for growing Volvox globartor, devised by Provasoli and Pintner (1959). The process of culture is divided into three steps: (1) preliminary culture; (2) pure culture and (3) expand culture. The work is carried out under 8 -12 hours illumination each day (the intensity of illumination is at 800-1200 Lux) and at temperature 9-26℃ in the common laboratory. So far, the culture of these cells has been carried to more than 300th progeny. After the culture, we also observed the reproduction form, the growth curve and nuclei of this dinoflagellatc, The result showed this organism is a rare dinoflagcllatc both with a mesocaryotic and an cucaryotic nucleus.
