The knockdown activity of the aloperine to Lipaphis erysimi was monitored by vial residue and spray method using 1% the aloperine and 0.1% cypermethrin. KT 50 of knockdown effects were 29.7 and 25.4 minutes, KT 50 of knockdown effects of cypermethrin were 1.73 and 0.78 minutes. The contact poisoning was monitored by topical application method, LD 50 values were 7.7×10 -4 and 9.201*!μg/aphid. Under field conditions, 80% mortality was attained within 10 days after aloperine application, But only 30% mortality was attained within 10 days after cypermethrin application. The results showed that aloperine possessed the highest toxicity to aphid community, community structure of aphid was changed.

研究了植物源杀虫剂苦豆碱及顺式氯氰菊酯对菜田蚜虫群落结构的影响 ,并测定了其对第一优势种菜缢管蚜的杀伤毒力。苦豆碱在 1 %浓度下 ,以药膜法和喷雾法 ,测定其击倒作用 ,KT50 分别为2 9 74和 2 5 38min ;顺式氯氰菊酯在 0 1 %浓度下 ,KT50 分别为 1 73和 0 78min。以点滴法测定此两种杀虫剂对菜缢管蚜的触杀作用 ,LD50 分别为 7 7× 1 0 -4 及 9 2 0 1 μg 头 ,田间以 0 1 %喷雾 ,苦豆碱 1 0d校正防效均可达到 80 % ,而顺式氯氰菊酯仅能达到 30 %。结果显示 ,苦豆碱对菜缢管蚜有极强的毒杀作用 ,同时喷药前后菜田蚜虫群落结构也发生着明显的变化。

But only 66.3% mortality was attained with in 10 days after cypermethrin application.Community structure of aphids was changed significantly. The results showed that the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from Sophora alopecuroides was high to aphids community.

研究了苦豆碱及杀虫剂吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落结构的影响,并测定了其对第一优势种菜缢管蚜的杀伤毒力;用药膜法和喷雾法测定其击倒作用,用点滴法测定其对菜缢管蚜的触杀作用。苦豆碱在1%浓度下,KT50分别为29.7min和25.4min,而吡虫啉在1%浓度下KT50分别为12.6min和9.9min,LD50分别为7.7×10-4及2.4×10-3μg/只。田间0.1%喷雾,苦豆碱10d校正防效在80%以上,而吡虫啉仅66.3%。
