In science of atmosphere, water is an important meteorological element, being the basis of climatological analysis, dry and wet delimitation, rainfall forecasting, weather modification etc. Water balance is an important subject in investigation of weather and climate formation and a main field in physical Climatology. Water is not a problem in isolation which correlates and interacts with heat on the earth. The water content, transfer and its phase transformation (evaporation, condensation. freeze and melt)in an area depend on the thermodynamic condition of that area and the distribution and variation of water in an area, in turn, regulate and change the heat state of that area and thus affect the weather and climate. Following the study of "the radiaton balance in China." and "the heat balance in China.", We did the research on the water balance in China. In this paper, We have used the data of more than 200 meteorological stations for 1961—1970, and about 200 hydrometric stations before 1972. By the equation of water balance we calculated the precipitation, the evaporation, therun-off and the soil water variation of each month and the whole year in China, The water balance and the hydroclimatological characteristics of China were given.

According to the data of the long-term underground water variations of the Lizhuang Village Pilot District,the paper formulate the M·model of identificating geohydrologic parameters. This paper,in solving the M·model,makes use of the method of nonlinear programming and get some geohydrologic parameters.The paper also makes proving for the parameters.With proving it may be explained that the M·model is reasonable and the method of making use of nonlinear programming to identificate the geo hydrologic parameters...

According to the data of the long-term underground water variations of the Lizhuang Village Pilot District,the paper formulate the M·model of identificating geohydrologic parameters. This paper,in solving the M·model,makes use of the method of nonlinear programming and get some geohydrologic parameters.The paper also makes proving for the parameters.With proving it may be explained that the M·model is reasonable and the method of making use of nonlinear programming to identificate the geo hydrologic parameters is satisfactory,the result is credible.

本文根据李庄试验区地下水长期动态观测资料,建立了识別水文地质参数的数学模型。求解模型时应用了非线性规划方法,并对所求水文地质参数进行了验证,通过验征说明所建模型是合理的.利用非线性规划识别水文地质参数是可行的,其结果是可信的。
