目的探讨精神分裂症患者子女与正常人群子女的行为问题及相关影响因素。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表和自编“家庭环境调查问卷”对86例精神分裂症患者子女(研究组)和86例正常人群子女(对照组)进行评定分析。结果研究组行为问题显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);研究组家庭父母关系、亲子关系差,父母文化程度低,教养方式差,且与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者子女行为问题较多,主要与遗传、心理及家庭环境等因素有关。
