Guiding principles in designing the proess and the adventages and disadventages of this equipment are discussed. Variable; of air temperature and blast velocity to be chosen in a design are analysed and illustrated. Detailed description has been given to the process of the calculations in designing a heated-air hood. The limit moisture equivalent in the heated-air after recircu aion has also been evaluated. To reuse part of the outlet air in order to get the maximum benefit at the lowest cost is considered to be an effective measure in raising drying capacity in the production in China today.

Methods for determining overhead pressures within evaporators and calculations on evaporation rates are presented. Programming of data processing in BASIC language are fed into a Model II Apple minicomputer, giving computed results conforming to those observed in mill practice.

本文基于对混流蒸发的特殊性和生产实际中测试的数据分析,讨论了确定混流各效蒸发室压强的基本原则,和提高五效混流蒸发站生产能力的重要途径。提出了核定各效蒸发室压强和校核各效蒸发水量的计算方法,并将整体的设计计算过程用Basic语言编写程序,在Apple-Ⅱ微型计算机上进行验证,运行结果与生产实际相当吻合,证明其分析及给出的方法是正确的。

The 5 point-double toggle mould-clam-ping mechanism is most widely used in inje-ction moulding machine now. In order toget shorter mould moving time, more compactdesign and more efficient, an accurate mat-hematical model of the mechanism and itscomputer-optimization method, which is pro-ven to be effective, are given in this paper.

五铰双曲肘机构是近年来最常见的注塑机合模机构,其设计变量较多,过去用近似公式和作图法设计计算量大,而且难以获得较好的机构性能。本文详细推导了机构的数学模型,提出了以移模油缸行程和机构当量总长为目标的优化设计方法,并编制了计算机优化的通用程序块。实例优化证明该方法所获得的合模机构的移模行程短、结构小,可提高整机的工作速度和效率,并且节省大量设计时间。
