本文分为两部份。第一部份是自位式多轴瓦滑动轴承发热的设计计算。简要地列举油漠各参数(压力、载荷、支点位置、发热等)的理论计算公式。第二部份是试验和分析、得出以下结论:(1)载荷对这种轴承发热没有影响;(2)M1080磨床轴瓦支承结构自位性不好,建议改为球面支座以减少轴承发热;(3)为了减少轴承发热可采用1号锭子油;(4)轴瓦支点位置可在(0.29—0.4)轴瓦宽之间选择,对轴承发热影响不大。

According to practices, a general equation for the determination of the crossroller shape has been derived on the basis of the mutual relation between movingstocks and rollers which is further considered as the relation between generatingand enveloping surfaces. It appears that this is applicable to the designing calcula-tion of cross roller shapes with either helical or revolving surfaces.

根据斜轧生产实践,将运动着的轧件与轧辊的相互关系,看作母面和包络面的关系,从而导出了通用的辊形曲面方程式,它既适用于螺旋辊斜轧辊形的设计计算,也适用于回转辊斜轧辊形的设计计算.

Most of the formulas for the calculation of radial stress in mandrels for coilers are derived from Lame equation, based on the assumption that the mandrel and coil are cylinders of thick wall, and that in both the elastic deformations are the same. Owing to the development of strip mills, the improvement of quartoprism mandrels, and the application of automatic collapse control, these formulas have become unsuitable.

卷取机卷筒径向压力的计算公式,多数是将卷筒和带卷看作是厚壁圆筒,按二者的弹性变形相等,用拉美方程推导的。随着带材轧机的发展,四棱锥卷筒结构的完善,自动缩径控制的采用,该公式则适应不了这种变化。本文提出的公式系根据四棱锥卷筒并非圆筒和卷筒自动缩径控制这一实际工作状态,以及把卷筒的径向压力取决于卷筒胀缩缸液压回路中压力的限定值而推导的。公式经与某些试验曲线,生产着的卷取机卷筒的实际压力比较以及应用本文公式设计制造的卷取机卷筒生产实践证实,本文方法计算结果比较符合实际,能够用于设计计算
