Conclusion: The expression of TIMP-1 and TGF-β 1mRNA was increased in the hepatic fibrosis rats, and this is one possible mechanism of hepatic fibrosis. BSRGR can inhibit the advancement of hepatic fibrosis.
Objectives: The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of Angelica on the content of liver collagen protein of hepatic fibrosis rats induced by CCl 4. Methods:The hepatic fibrosis rat model induced by CCl 4,was given by ig Angelica equal to crude drug 6g/kg, 4g/kg and 2g/kg.
