This paper describes the polynomial of high exponential degree applied to cam curves in internal combustion engine. The problem of high degree polynomial generally used for cam has been solved. Optimum solution is obtained for cam of 12150L diesel by optimization method and the relationship between the exponents of polynomial is generalized.

针对高速高精度分度凸轮机构的特点,文献[1]提出了一种新型的通用简谐梯形组合凸轮曲线,本文作者以频率比在一定范围的残余振动响应为目标函数,最大理论加速度为主要约束,对此曲线的参数进行了优化,以寻求综合性能比传统的常用运动规律更为优良的凸轮曲线。研究的结论验证了文献[2]所提出的高速分度凸轮曲线的设计准则,在TurboC20环境下开发的C语言通用优化软件可用于分度凸轮曲线的工程设计。
