Because of the change of the run of mine ore properties,the current mineral processing flowsheet of Miaogou Iron Mine is unable to completely meet the production requirement,which is mainly characterised by below target concentrate grade,low secondary fine screening efficiency and serious counter enrichment of magnetite.
On the basis of the study on the mineral content,liberation parameter and particle size distribution of the run of mine ore,the final products and the middling products of various stages of the mineral processing flowsheet of Luzhong Metallurgical Mining Company's Concentrator,the analysis is made on the present production flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation gravity separation flotation and the opinions and the suggestions for improvement are put forward.
The analysis of the application effect of magnetic agglomeration separators in the beneficiation technological flowsheet reform at the Capital Steel's Concentrator and Tangshan Steel's Bangmoshan Iron Mine has shown that magnetic agglomeration separator can increase both the throughput per unit per hour and the concentrate grade.
Aimed at the problems of long time of leaching, big consuming of chemical reagent and low recovery rate of Au and Ag in the process of abstracting Au and Ag by normal cyanide leaching method, based on the unchanged former mineral separation process, the high pressure leaching equipment made by authors in the process of cyanide reaching is adopted to make experiment for the pressure cyanide leaching technique.
