During the course of the illness,the PSS patients with ILD were more common to have fever(72.22% vs 34.83%,P﹤0.05),arthritis(61.11% vs 30.34%,P﹤0.05),skin ulcer(38.89% vs 13.48%,P﹤0.05)and positive rheumatoid factor(27.78% vs 7.87%,P﹤0.05).
The result showed that CD_3 and IgM concentration did not have significant difference between the patients with active ulcerative colitis and the controls, but the proportion of CD_8 posiive cell and concentration of lgG, IgA of immunoglobulin increased and the ratio of CD_4′CD_8 vdecreased in patient group.

Diclofenac (25 mg kg-1) and meloxicam (7.5 mg kg-1) produced 9.3 and 19.6 mm2 ulcer areas in stomachs of rats, respectively, when used alone, but when combined with nimesulide diclofenac and meloxicam did not cause any injury in rat stomachs.
While ranitidine at 100 mg kg-1 dose prevented diclofenac-induced ulcer formation, it reduced meloxicam-induced ulcer formation significantly.

PG reduced the ethanol- and indomethacin-induced lesions approximately twofold but was considerably less effective in stress-induced ulcer.
