The serial communication between DSP and personal computer can be realized by using UART CMOS chip of Texas Instruments Inc., which can avoid writing the complicated software routine for the McBSP of DSP, and has the advantages of simple programing high transmission capability, good reliability and real-time capability.
In this paper, we combine the two design ideas of dedicated architectures and instruction set extensions based on an international popular ESMP architecture frame. To achive the best tradeoff among real-time performance, flexibility and low power dissipation, in this method, the algorithms with high computing complexity are implemented by dedicated architectures, and the new algorithms with low real-time requirements are accelerated and updated in time by instruction set extensions.
The experimental results show that the MEMS inertial apparatus fit the performance requests of strap-down attitude system despite its low precision. Both the converting speed of 14-bit ADC-MAX125 and processing speed of TMS320VC5509 DSP are high enough to meet the requirement of real time performance for the strap-down attitude system.
Based on the dissection of UNIX SVR4/386 Version 1. 0 kernel source code, this paper emphatically analyses the new real time distinguishing feature in UNIX process schedule. Then it deeply probes into further improvement in real time performance of process schedule. Experiments show that these attempts are successful.
This paper mainly discusses the theory of the SPWM and the sampling method of the symmetry principle,and introduces the method which produces SPWM waveform by a series of DSP-TMS320F2407.Being efficient and succinct,it can also strengthen the real-time character and simplify the design of the hardware circuit.
