xperimental studies on thetreatment of ratbladder

用高能冲击波治疗由N-甲基亚硝基脲诱导的大鼠膀胱肿瘤的实验研究,病理和电镜观察显示单次高能冲击波对膀胱肿瘤细胞无影响,连续两次高能冲击波处理后,48小时起出现肿瘤细胞坏死,随时间延长,肿瘤坏死增加。高能冲击波主要引起肿瘤细胞内线粒体肿胀等改变,从而导致细胞坏死,流式细胞仪检查示高能冲击波必理后S期细胞数明显下降。结果表明连续两次高能冲击波处理对膀胱肿瘤细胞确实存在直接和间接毒性作用。

Using Northern and dot blot analysis,we investigated the expressions of TGFα gene and some oncogenes in human bladder carcinoma cell line BIU-87. We found expressions of TGFαgene, c-myc, c-fos,erbB in BIU-87 cells-. In contrast, no expressions of these genes could be detected in normal bladder tissues as control. These data suggest that TGFα,c-myc,c-fos and erbB genes are responsible for the abnormal growth of bladder cancer.

本文应用Northern和Dot印渍分析检测了我国新建人膀胱癌细胞系BIU-87中TGFα基因以及某些癌基因的表达情况,发现BIU—87细胞中有TGFα、c—myc、c—fos、erbB等基因的表达,而作为对照的正常膀胱组织中没有检测到这些基因的表达。提示多种基因的异常表达在膀胱肿瘤细胞的恶性增殖过程中起一定的作用。
