This article explories the construction design and manufacturing process of fire proof PVC insula ted power cables with rated voltages of 0.6/1 kV in a view to improve the manufacturing quality and the fireproof performance of products.
The preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment, and it was found that as coating ratio was 1 0 kg/m 2,the fireproof time was over 2 h,which proved that the coating could be used as ultra filmy steel structure fireproof.
Some factors influencing stabilization of concrete components are summarized. At the same time the concrete methods are proposed to enhance stabilization and improve combustibility.
