An account is given of the significane of sizing of power coal in regard to coal energy saving and comprehensive utilization of coal,However ,there is yet no effective way to carry out fine screening of coal with a surface moisture over 7%,Making use of the principlc of probability the writers have conducted an investi-gation into the rate of going through screen apertures of granular material and the screening dnamics as well as the interrelationship between the rate of going through and such factors as relative particle sixes ,slope of screen deck ,projecting angle of grains ,etc .As revealed in laboratory tests.it is possible to separate effectively 6-ommpowder coal from raw coal of 13-omm and with 7-12% of surface moisture by means of screen deck employing greater slope and aperture inductrial tests with GS1000×2000 probability classification screen give the following results in the treatment of raw coal of size 50-omm and susface moisture 7-14%,the classified products are +25mm 13-25mm,6-13mm and -6mm the throughput being 70 to 80tons per hour

This article analyses the situation of motor-drived water injection systems, the electric power supply can not meet the need of oilfield water injection. The article also points out that the comprehensive utilization rate of motor-drived water injection systems are camparatively low and its general thermal efficiency only attains one third of the gas turbine. Therefore using gas turbines as substitutes to motors to drive water injection pumps would be more favorable. The author gives several characteristic parameters...

This article analyses the situation of motor-drived water injection systems, the electric power supply can not meet the need of oilfield water injection. The article also points out that the comprehensive utilization rate of motor-drived water injection systems are camparatively low and its general thermal efficiency only attains one third of the gas turbine. Therefore using gas turbines as substitutes to motors to drive water injection pumps would be more favorable. The author gives several characteristic parameters of gas turbines; the selection of residual thermal utlization methods and thermal/work ratio: the general efficiency of gas turbine water injection systems and economic benefit analysis.

As the coal slagging index presently in use does not completely fit the actual coal ranks of our country, an optimized mathematical model is therefore to be used to identify the slagging indexes. The model was developed based on the information obtained on about 250 different kinds of coal. A new method for coal grading is also established with the combination of gravimetrical sizing and high temperature microsocopy.

本文针对目前国内外推荐的结渣指数分辨率低、并不完全适用于我国煤种的实际情况,在国内近250个煤种的灰渣特性资科基础上,引用了最优分割数学模型对我国动力用煤的结渣指数进行了分割,并且结合用重力筛分、高温显微镜研究煤质结渣特性的实验方法,提出了适合我国煤种的新的判别方法。
