The positive rates of P27 in normal ovarian group, benign ovarian tumor group and in epithelial ovarian carcinoma group were 90.00%,80.00% and 36.67% respectively, strong positive rates were 30.00%, 20.00% and 6.67%.
Results: (1) The positive rates of P21 were increasingly decrease in normal ovarian group, benign ovarian tumor group and in epithelial ovarian carcinoma group,which were 100.00%, 90.00% and 63.33% respectively; strong positive rates were 40.00%, 20.00% and 16.67%.
