目的:应用高效液相色谱法对人参茎叶总皂苷胶囊中的人参皂苷 Re 进行了含量测定。 方法:选用HypersilC_(18)分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为203nm,流速为1.0ml/min。
RESULTS:The contents of total saponin were D 101 >HPD 100>AB 8>D 3520 >Dx 5> NKA 9>H 103 .The yield of total saponin were D 101 > AB 8> HPD 100>D 3520 >Dx 5>NKA 9>H 103 .The better types resins were D 101 ,AB 8 and HPD 100 macroporous resins.
The contents of total ginsenoside and 10 important monomer ginsenosides, namely Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Rg3, Rh2, Re, Rg1, Rg2 and Rh1 in the American ginseng fruit paste and its zymotic fluid were determined by macroporous resin column chromatography-colorimetry and RP-HPLC in order to make use of the American ginseng fruit paste.
The contents of total saponins of 3 batches of Yiyuan Oral Liquid was respectively 3.39mg·ml~ -1 ,3.35mg·ml~ -1 and 3.53mg·ml~ -1 .Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yiyuan Oral Liquid.
