Results of gel electrophoresis indicated that there were 7~8 SOD isozyme bands in soybean seed and 5 bands in peanut seed. Among them, the band with the lowest electrophoretic relative mobility was of Mn-SOD type and the rest were of Cu-Zn-SOD type.
