Seven dairy goats fitted with permanent ruminal cannulae were involved in this study. The 3 × 3 or 4×4 Latin square design was used to determine the disappearance rates of dry matter and crude protein of 15 kinds of feedstuffs, 3 kinds of mixed feedstuffs and 17 kinds of protein supplements treated with different methods. The 15 feedstuffs were divided into 3 groups' according to their crude protein degradabilities. Group I included bran, 'black beans, alfalfa meal, meat and bone meals, barley and peanut cakes with highest degradability being 86.86%$ 74.68%, 73.76%} 68.24%; 67.10% and 67.03% respectively. Group I covered millet, soybean meal, corn silage, cotton seed meal, rape seed meal and grases with the intermediate degradability being 64.56%, 61.06%, 59.70%, 58.76%, 52.92% and 52.41% respectively. Group HI consisted of yellow corn, fish meal and sorghum with the lowest degradability being 47.62%, 38.69%, and 29.96% respectively.

Two experiments were carried out by using corn (Zea mays L.) (experiment 1) and guineagrass (Panicum maximum Jacq.) (experiment 2) ensiled with and without additives of LAB, AC and their combination (AC+LAB) at the costant temperature levels of 10, 20, 30 and 40 ℃ respectively. In experiment 2, pH values were reduced and lactic acid content hightened obviously in guineagrass silages by AC and AB+LAB under all temperatures, and, at the same time, butyric acid and VBN contents at 40 ℃ were reduced significantly compared with the control and LAB treatment. LAB additive had no effect on the fermentation at any temperature level. All guineagrass silages had the highest butyric acid content at 30 ℃ irrespective of additives. AC alone and its combination with LAB partially degraded the structural carbohydrates and reduced NDF and ADF concentrates of corn and guineagrass silages compared with the control and LAB. While the temperature did not affect the degradation capability of AC significantly.

在两项试验中,用玉米(ZeamaysL.)(试验1)和大黍(PanicummaximumJacq.)(试验2)加入外加剂乳酸菌(LAB)、支顶孢属纤维素酶(AC)及二者的结合(AC+LAB)做处理,不加外加剂为对照,分别在10、20、30和40℃恒温下青贮。结果表明,试验1中所有玉米青贮料,虽然与10℃低温和40℃高温时相比在20和30℃时的效果略好,但无论在何种外加剂和温度下都保存良好。在试验2中,AC与AC+LAB在所有温度处理下均比对照和LAB更显著地提高了大黍青贮料的pH值和乳酸的含量,而且在40℃时显著地减少了丁酸和挥发性碱性氮(VBN)的含量。在各个温度水平中,外加剂乳酸菌对发酵均无甚影响。无论是否加入外加剂,在30℃的所有大黍青贮料的丁酸含量均最高。与对照和加入LAB的相比,单独加入AC及其与LAB结合,均使玉米和大黍青贮料中的结构性醣类有部分的降解,并减低了NDF和ADF的含量。但温度对AC的降解能力无显著影响。

江西省地处亚热带季风气候区,春夏季节雨水充沛,牧草生长旺盛,产草量高,饲草供应充足,而在秋末至春初,由于秋季干旱和冬季寒冷的影响,牧草供应则较为短缺。因此,饲草的周年充足供应问题成了山西省肉牛生产中一个急待解决的课题,而牧草的调制(青贮和干草晒制)可以将旺季多余的牧草贮藏起来以保证牛在饲草短缺季节有充足的草料供应。与其它的调制方法相比,从营养价值方面考虑将牧草进行青贮似乎更具有优势,它可以减少营养物质的损失。本研究分别用玉米青贮料和皇草青贮料作为生长肉牛的基础饲料以比较它们各自的营养价值。
