本文根据1978年ISO/TC60/以WG6制订的渐开线圆柱齿轮承载能力的计算方法对弯曲强度计算时的齿形系数Y_F和Y_(Fa)进行了认真的探讨;并在电子计算机上进行了计算实践;提出了:1.齿形系数线图应有的合理格式;2.计算齿形系数Y_F和Y_(Fa)的程序设计方法;3.在ISO/TC60/WG6制订的方法求(h_F/m)和(h_(Fa)/m_n)的计算式中有待商榷之处。文中所用主要符号:Y_F——外侧单对齿啮合点时的齿形系数;Y_(Fa)——齿顶端点受载(不修缘)时的齿形系数;h_F——外侧单对齿啮合点时的弯曲力臂;h_(Fa)——齿顶端点受载(不修缘)时的弯曲力臂;S_(Fn)——齿根危险剖面的法面齿厚;α_n——法面压力角;α_t——端面压力角;α_(en)——过外侧单对齿啮合点的齿纹法截面内作用力与轮齿中线的垂线间的夹角;α_(an)——齿顶端点受载(不修缘)时齿纹法截面内作用力与轮齿中线的垂线间的夹角;ρ_(ao)——刀具齿顶园角半径;X——变位系数;β——分度圆柱上的螺旋角;β——基圆柱上的螺旋角;P_(bc)——端面基节;ε_α——端面重合度

This paper places considerable emphasis on the analysis of indexing error derived from Double-Indexing, when it is performed with a single index-head. With the results that the Double-Indexing method has proved itself an aid to lead the indexing accuracy to an optimum condition, and as for indexing the composite number there could be without any indexing error in the great maj- ority of cases.
