本文提出了八开胶印机凸轮系统计算机辅助动态分析与仿真。印刷机的凸轮系统动态性能对印刷速度有很大影响。为了提高该机型的印刷速度,我们对该机的输纸,取纸机械手的提升和移动以及前规距等四个控制凸轮系统进行了动态仿真。在选用3—4—5多项式凸轮升程规律的基础上,以期通过动态防真找到影响印刷速度的其它参数。从仿真结果,我们发现该型印刷机的凸轮系统在设计中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的改善措施。

本文首先建立了PUMA-560机器人的数学模型,然后,依次建立了机器人点到点(PTP)运动的轨迹模型和机器人沿连续路径(CP)运动的轨迹模型。在此基础上,以PUMA-560机器人为例,借助计算机图形学中的动画技术,在IBM-XT计算机屏幕上显示出了该机器人的动态运动过程及相应的轨迹曲线,效果相当理想。由此证明计算机动态仿真技术在机器人的轨迹规划中可以发挥相当重要的作用。
