60 inbred ICR mice were fed with CCl4 once a week for two weeks to produce toxic hepatic nec-rosis. They were randomly divided into three groups according to the treatmert: One group of animals were fed with colchicine 0.5μg(CT), Second group with prednisone 10 μg(PT) and a control group fed with distilled water(DW) daily for 14 days. Another 14 mice were fed with neither CCl4 nor drugs as blank control. The death rate in CT group was 25%, PT 50% and DW 35%. The death rate of the female mice was almost equal...

They were randomly divided into three groups according to the treatmert: One group of animals were fed with colchicine 0.5μg(CT), Second group with prednisone 10 μg(PT) and a control group fed with distilled water(DW) daily for 14 days. Another 14 mice were fed with neither CCl4 nor drugs as blank control. The death rate in CT group was 25%, PT 50% and DW 35%. The death rate of the female mice was almost equal to that of the males in PT and DW groups. No male mice died in CT group. Microscopic examination of the liver slices showed that the degree of steatosis and hepatic necrosis in CT group was milder than that in PT and DW groups, and no fibrosis was found in CT group but there were two and three mice with fibrosis in PT and DW groups respectively. The results showed that colchicine might lower the death rate of the male mice with toxic hepatic necrosis and also prevent liver fibrosis, while prednixone did not have such effect.

This paper presents the histopathologic changes in the kidney of rabbits fed on high cholesterol food (lg/day). Lipid deposits were noted in many renal tubular cells and gloraeruli, especially in the subcortical zone in some rabbits. Collagenase is the key enzyme in collagen degeneration. The agar-collagen culture disk was used to determine the activity of oollagenase. Rabbits experimentally infected with cercarie of S. Japonicum were divided into two groups: one received oolchicine treatment (Ⅰ), another did not (Ⅱ). The fresh liver obtained was subjected to oollagenase activity determination. The oollagenase activity was lowest in group Ⅱ. The difference between group Ⅱ and Ⅳ was significant (P<0.02), while that between group Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed very marked significance (P<0.01). The collagenase activity of group Ⅲ was higher than of group Ⅳ, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The effect of colohicine upon collagen metabolism requires further study.

本文采用琼脂一胶原蛋白凝胶圆盘扩散法检测胶原酶活力。实验兔感染日本血吸虫尾蚴形成肝纤维化后,接受秋水仙碱洽疗,治疗前后检测肝胶原酶活力,结果提示治疗后肝胶原酶活力显著升高
