It was found that the contents of total and acid-soluble coll agen were increased in the silicotic group. A new fraction (we call it al(I)~b), which differed in amino acid composition from that of a1 (I) chain was shown and its quantity was increased in accompaniment with the extent of fibrosis. Theacid-soluble collagen in tetradrine treated group consisted mainly of fragments of degraded collagen, and a significant amount of degraded pro-a1(I) fraction. The results were discussed and an attempt was made to explain the inhibiting effect of tetradrine on silicotic fibrosis.

More than 400 cells were recorded and at least 7 types of channels or channel states were observed. Effects of Forskolin on channels were found to be different between the CF and the normal subjects: The ratio of excitation induced by Forskolin in secretory gland cell membrane normal subjects was much higher than that from the CF. The difference had statistical significant (p< 0.005). But for the reabsorptive duct cells, there was no significant difference between the normal and the CF (p>0.5). There results indicate that Forskolin could be help in identifying the abnormality of CF defected gene. But gland cells instead of duct cells should be chosen.

本文报道用片膜钳技术研究正常人及囊性纤维化病人(CF)的汗腺上皮细胞膜单个离子通道活动的特性,并比较分析了它们对Forskolin的反应。在400多个膜片上找出了至少七种或七个状态的离子通道的特性。观察到正常人和CF的部分汗腺上皮细胞(包括腺细胞与管细胞)膜离子通道对Forskolin有兴奋反应。发现腺细胞的兴奋反应率在正常人明显高于CF病人,差异非常显著。而管细胞的兴奋反应率,两组问无明显差异。以上结果提示,用Forskolin可协助鉴定CF的缺损,但宜选用腺细胞,不宜选用管细胞。

Gonidiospores of beauveria bassianal was inhaled by 210 rats and mice for 18 months. Chronic interstitial pneumonia (IP) occurred in 68% of these 210 cases and granuloma with multinucleated giant cells or fibrosis occurred finally in some cases. The lesions were likely to be related to various types of hypersensitivity. Pathomorpholegically, the disease was of the same type of farmer′s lung or extrinsic allergic alveolitis (EAA).Beauvervia bassiana spores could not induce the tumer in lungs and other organs.

用白僵菌分生孢子对大鼠和小鼠进行病理实验研究,将白僵菌以吸入和混入饲料两种方式使之致病,观察18个月,发现210只动物中有68%的动物出现慢性间质性肺炎。其中有些病变发展为肉芽肿或早期纤维化。这些变化在实验吸入组动物明显高于其它组。这些病变可能与过敏变态反应有关,在病理形态上可以看作是属于农民肺同一类疾病或外源性过敏性肺泡炎类型。白僵菌分生孢子在肺脏及其它器官未能诱发肿瘤。
