    研制了铸件凝固温度场数值模拟及缩孔、缩松预测实用软件。该软件可在IBM-PC系列微机上运行,具有输入数据简便、输出结果直观、计算速度快、操作方便、易于掌握等特点。软件采用了显示外节点直接差分法,不同单元以不同的时间步长进行计算,并利用了BASIC具有较强绘图功能和FORTRAN计算速度,可利用内存较大的特点,采用编译BASIC及FORTRAN两种语言编写。软件可自动剖分,网格由钝角三角形和矩形组成。该软件具有较高的计算精度。

    A model of thermal field of casting is developed by using direct difference (outside node) method. For computing on a microcomputer and decre asing calculation time, explicit scheme is employed and varying time step for each node is used. The correction of latent heat of node region between mold-casting interfaces is studied, and a method of node region shape control and automatic gererathing of mesh are develolped. A software is developed from the model, by which several influence factors are examined.

    本文以外节点直接差分法,建立了铸件凝固温度场的数值模拟模型。考虑到在微机上实现,采用了显式格式,为了缩短计算时间,采用了异步时间步长计算,并对边界节点的潜热处理做了讨论。结合外节点法的特点,设计一种节点领域的控制方法和相应的自动剖分软件。以由本文建立的数值模拟模型开发出的铸件温度场及缩孔、缩松预测软件为工具,对若干影响因素作了研究。

By means of actual example simulation, with the method of the computer simulation can te determined high temperature poins of the stope and effect of the air flow on the stope temperature, clear and definite the key point fire prevention project, the qualitative information to early stage prediction of ignited of stope is provided.

    本文根据传热学理论和多孔介质渗流理论,结合采场温度存在状态,建立了利用计算机进行煤矿井下多孔介质采场温度场数值模拟原理.同时,讨论了以三角形作为基本单元的有限元求解温度的数值法。并用FORTRAN语言和BASIC语言分别编写了计算机数值模拟和自动绘制采场等温线程序.
