The results were consistent with the observations that there were specific binding as well as interactions between BLM and DNA, and no binding and no interaction were found between BLM and rRNA, tRNA and albumin, thus proving the exixtence of specific binding between ZhengKaungmycin and DNA in the localization of intracellular levels.By applying double labelling autoradiography with both simultaneous incorporation of ~(14)C-TdR and ~(57)Co-ZhengKaungmycin and the incorporation of ~(14)C-TdR followed by ~(57)Co-ZhengKaungmycin in sequence and by practising the measurement of DNA relative contents of the labelled and unlabelled cells through microspectrophotometry, it was shown that ~(57)Co-ZhengKaungmyoin had been incorporated into CaEs-17 cells which had G_1/G_0 DNA as their content.

Seismic reflection technology, although nearly sixty years, is still evolving quite rapidly. The purpose of this paper is to present a broad review of how this evolution took place in the past, what factors caused it and, based on its recent development, what canbe expected in the near future. There is nothing in this paper which is not generally known and, if some of you feel disappointed, I apologize to them. But my goal is to give to those involved in seismic reflection exploration a better grasp of how we got where we are today. The technology has become very complex, and without this historical perspective it is difficult for anyone to answer the why's and how's of what is done everyday today. An attempt is made to cover all the important aspects of seismic re- flection technology: methodology, instrumentation, etc. in the three major areas of data acquisition, data processing and interpretation. The impact of the evolution of other technology such as electronics, recording, digital computers, etc. on the development of the seismic re- flection exploration for oil and gas is also clearly demonstrated. While broad, the historical review gradually focuses more precisely on the recent past to give a clear picture of the present. From this picture an attempt is made to foresee the major developments to expect in the future and to locate where, in my opinion, the most important problems begging for a solution appear to be.

地震反射法虽然已经过了约六十个春秋,仍然正在飞速演变。本文的目的是对这些演变的发生,引起演变的因素,近来的发展情况,以及将来会发生什么变化进行广泛的评论。文中尽是些人人皆知的事实,如果你们中有些人感到失望,我先在此致歉。但是,我的目的是使那些与地震反射勘探有关的人对我们如何发展到当前这种状况有更好地了解。方法相当复杂,对任何人来说,不剖析历史就不能回答。计划在三个方面论述反射地震法,即数据采集,数据处理和解释中的方法和仪器等。其他技术,如电子学、记录、数字计算机等的演变对油气地震反射勘探发展的影响也作了清楚的说明。一方面进行广泛的历史回顾,另一方面则逐渐把评论的焦点集中于最近几年,以期给出一幅目前情况的清晰图画。据此试图洞察未来重大的发展,并且指出需要解决的最重要的问题可能出现在什么地方。
