1999 年第一季度,国家石油产品质量监督检验中心对我国车用汽油产品的质量进行了抽查,共抽检20 家企业生产的车用汽油产品20 批次,其中90 号无铅车用汽油15批次、93 号无铅车用汽油5批次,按现行汽油规格,抽样合格率为100% 。虽然车用汽油产品整体质量稳定且有提高,但对某些即将控制的有害物质的测定结果表明,烯烃含量高,特别是90 号汽油的烯烃含量远远高于国外;芳烃含量目前尚可,但随着汽油牌号提高,芳烃含量将明显升高;苯含量虽然普遍较低,但个别样品苯含量太高。针对汽油生产行业在产品质量、生产与流通领域将面临的形势提出了一些建议。

The commercial test for LAP assistant developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Refining/LPEC in the 100000 tpy ROCC V unit of Demonstration Plant of Petroleum Refining /LPEC was introduced.The results showed that when the LAP is 2.6%,5.3% and 7.4% of the catalyst inventory,the volume fraction of olefins in FCC gasoline were reduced to 51.7%,47.6% and 45.2% from 58.0%,while the RON increases by 0.3,2.2 and 2.0 unit,respectively.The total light oil yield slightly decreased,while the LPG yield increased.

介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的LAP助剂在该公司炼油实验厂 10 0kt/a重油催化裂化装置 (ROCC V)上进行的工业应用试验。结果表明 :当LAP助剂占装置催化剂藏量分别为 2 .6 % ,5 .3%和 7.4%时 ,催化裂化汽油烯烃体积分数由 5 8.0 %分别降低到 5 1.7% ,47.6 %和 45 .2 % ;催化裂化汽油的研究法辛烷值分别增加 0 .3,2 .2和 2 .0个单位。轻质油收率略有下降 ,但液化石油气产率有所提高 ,其中液化石油气中高价值组分产率明显提高。LAP助剂使用灵活 ,有利于解决国内催化裂化汽油烯烃含量过高的问题
