METHODS:Noninvasive SCCV measurement was performed by means of surface electrode method in 57 patients diagnosed as spinal cord disease at the Department of Neurology of Dalian Friendship Hospital from 1997 to 2003 to record latencies of cortex electric potential at 8 stimulant points from T2 to L4.CV of T2-T12,T12-L4 and T2-L4 was calculated through latency difference and distance for comparative results.
There were no significant differences between two sides on E angles and F angles from C2 to L5 ( P >0.05),while difference on E angle did exist between sexes that from male being greater than that from female in C2-L5,with there were significant differences in C2-T6( P <0.05) and no significant difference in T7-L5(P >0.05).
METHODS:The BMD of lumbar spine(L2-L4) and the proximal femur (neck of femur, greater trochanter and Ward's triangle) was measured with dual energy X-ray ab sorptiometry (DEXA) in 140 diabetics (36 with type 1 diabetes and 104 with type 2 patients) and 60 healthy subjects, meanwhile, the body mass index (BMI), HbA1C and fasting serum insulin were also measured.
Methods Using Dual Energy X-ray absorptiomety(DEXA)to determine the bone mineral density(BMD)on the antro-posterior and lateral lumbar spine(L_2-L_4)of 22 postmenopausal CRF patients and 23 post- menopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)patients comparing with those of 25 normal controls.
Based on the observation,it was suggested that for the nucleotomies at L2～L3,L3～L4and L4～L5 disc levels,pereutaneous puncture point should be located 8～12cm lateral to theposterior median line with a puncturing direction of 45～60 degrees to the sagittal plane.
Treatment L3~L5, L2P1~L5P1 could make the contents of Zn, Pb in Brassica chinensis accord with the guide value, Treatment L2P2桳5P2 could make the content of Zn accordwith the guide value, Treatment L3P2~L5P2 could make the content of Pb accord with the guide value.
A series of polyether-bridged N,N′-diphenyl dihydroxamic acids L 1H 2～L 6H 2 and their dicobalt (Ⅱ) complexes Co 2L 1 2～Co 2L 6 2 were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra.
