Oxytetracycline dihydrate hydrochloride is prepared from oxytetracycline. Under the same conditions, with methol and acetonitile, or methol and ethyl acetate, or methol and isopropanol as solvent, the density of sight respectively is 0.57g/ml, 0.56g/ml,0.55g/ml, Yield respectively is 79.2%, 74.3%,87.7%.
The Ami and Gli group received 0.1mmol/l amiloride and 10μmol/l glibenclamide 15-min before ischemia and 10-min after reperfusion respectively, the A+G group received the same doses of amiloride and glibenclamide, the Nc and Dm group received only DMSO solvent.

Methods:12 kinds of frequent standard inspiratory-allergen dip produced by Allergen Manufacturing and Development Centre of Beijing Xiehe Hospital were adopted in intracutaneous test with 52 cases of bronchial asthma. Dissolvant made by Shanxi Taiyuan Pharmaceutical Factory and 0.01 mg/ml histamine hydrochloride were utilized in negative and positive control group respectively.
Results: In the vehicle control group, while comparing with the baseline state, P1/(P1+P2) was significantly increased (0.326±0.141 vs. 0.403±0.142, P<0.05), and P2/(P1+P2) was significantly decreased (0.674±0.141 vs. 0.597±0.142, P<0.05) during colorectal distension.
ResultsThe value of alpha 2(Ⅰ)procollagen/β-actin was 0.880±0.029,1.034±0.065,0.808±0.041 in tranilast group,vehicle solution group and control group respectively and was the statistically different among the three groups(q=4.808,3.207,6.551,P<0.05).
The value of TGF-β_(1)/G3PDH was 0.894±0.058,0.882±0.090,0.852±0.061 in tranilast group,vehicle solution group and control group respectively,showing a insignificant difference among them(F=0.463,P>0.05).
