[Results]The eligible rates of the indoor air,object surface,hands,ultraviolet disinfectors,one-off medical instruments,medical sewage,gastroscope and disinfection solution in use were 96.44%,98.93%,97.84%,98.81%,100%,100%,95.05%,90.11% and 99.00% respectively.
and 91.62% for object surface,96.39% for hands of medical staff,83.855 for ultraviolet radiation,79.31% for room air,89.12% for disinfection solution,92.89 for hospitals of district level,89.19% for hospitals of first level one,80.00% for medical stations and company medical stations(P<0.01).
Objective:To study the tumor chemotherapy patient's cubital vein to place the possibility of the tube,place the operation method of the tube and detain time,complications, place the nursing of the tube andto compare it with manus(pedes)back venepuncture chemotherapy , to reduce patient's pain and sufferings and complications or side effect.
METHODS: One hundsed and forty patients with superficial dermatomycoses were randomly divided into terbinafine group ( n =80, M42, F 38, age 42 a±s21 a ) and miconazole group ( n =60, M 29, F 31, age 42 a±19 a ). In terbinafine group 40 patients with tinea pedis/manus were treated for 2 wk;
Methods Two male recipients, one with traumatic left hand defect and another with traumatic right thumb defect, were matched respectively with a donor died of cerebral injury on ABO and Rh blood type. The suitable compatibility on ABO and Rh blood type was confirmed.
Metho d 3 patients with ASAⅠ hand defect, scheduled for hand allograft, received end otracheal general anesthesia plus epidural block of C7～T1. Their arterial blood pressure (ABP), central venous pressure (CVP), saturation of pulse oxygen (SpO2 ), end-tidal CO2 (ETCO2) and blood gas were observed during surgery. PCEA was g iven for postoperative analgesia.
Methods From January 2001 to October 2003, human hand allografts were applied to treat 4 cases of traumatic hand defect(6 hands) at different levels. During operation, the ulna and radius were reduced anatomically and fixed firmly with 3-5 mm AO-plates and screws according to AO internal fixation principle.
The effect of inverse masking on the skin of the left and right hands and of bimanual reverse masking during coordinated work of both hands in stutterers was studied to detect the changes in cerebral asymmetry related to stuttering.
On the Problem of Cooperation of the Reaction of Hands: I.
Coordinated reaction of hands was analyzed during examination of healthy subjects and patients with focal lesions of the central nervous system in order to find the morphological structures responsible for such cooperation.
The degree of cooperation was estimated by the correlation coefficient between the values of the reaction time of the right and left hands under conditions of their simultaneous response.
Total numbers of movements performed by the right and left hands and a coefficient of the manual asymmetry (AC) were calculated.
Thus, the mistake of the paper "Space-like hypersurfaces in de Sitter space with constant scalar curvature" (see Manus Math, 1998, 95:499\s-505) is corrected.
