Suppose that a population is composed of the individuals with loci-two alleles,and selection,mutation and migration occur in the population.This paper gives a mathematical model employed in population genetics of the population which satisfies both above and following assumptions:1.Overlapping generations; selection,mutation and migration will be occurred between two genetic generations.2.The population is so large that mating among the individuals is random and genetic pattern may be treated as Mendelian rules.3.Without any unexpected pressure.By analysis of the model,we can further explain some life phenomena mathematically and point out that though some populations don't satisfy the conditions of the Hardy-Weinberg law,they may possess some properties similar to the Hardy-Weinberg.law.Some genetic and evolutionary properties have been also discussed by changing the value of several main parameters,e.g.population equilibrium,etc.Finally,we give a numerical example which is suited to the model.
