Based on the theory of solder joint shape, the method of building of Fuzzy Expert-System about evaluating the quality of solder joint of SMT is discussed in this thesis. It also introduces how to build the Fuzzy Expert-System about evaluating the quality of solder joint of SMT in DELPHI.

由表面贴装技术(SMT) 形成的产品,其焊点质量与焊点的形态有关。焊点质量直接影响到SMT产品的可靠性,在SMT生产过程中,如果能够对焊点质量进行实时检测与评价,无疑对提高SMT生产率和生产可靠性有重要意义。文中基于焊点形态理论,论述了SMT焊点质量评价模糊专家系统的建立,以及用DELPHI语言建立焊点质量评价模糊专家系统的方法。
