A weakness in a multisignature scheme designed by E.Chida is pointed out here, this scheme is not strong enough to resist the internal attack. And an improved multisignature scheme based on the oneway algebraic homomorphism is presented and its security level is as same as DSA signature scheme at least.

指出了E.Chida等设计的多签名体制所存在的缺陷,即该体制不能抵抗内部攻击,并在单向环同态的基础上提出了一种改进的多签名体制.其安全强度不亚于改进的DSA,极大的提高了原有CNOS多签名方案的安全性.

On the ground of two mathematics theorem the system realizes signature for information, meanwhile it ensures that KAC is able to identify the member when someone denies his signature, therefore the signature can not be deied.
