Several nitro-substituted polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (NO2-PAH) have been detected in the air particulates from Beijing area by two methods :GC/MS and HPLC-fluorescence after reduction to amino-PAH. Although their concentrations in particulates are not high, their occurrence should call special attention, as the NO2-PAHs detected, e. g. 1-nitropyene and 3-nitrofluoranthene, are known animal carcinogens.

用两种方法(GC-MS法和还原-HPLC-荧光法)首次从北京大气飘尘中检出了数种硝基多环芳烃。虽然它们的含量低,但是由于其中例如1-硝基芘和3-硝基萤蒽系已知的动物致癌物,因此它们在环境中的存在值得注意。

This paper describes a method for separation and identification of azaarenes and nitro-PAH in sediment. A method for the analysis of mutagenic nitro-polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in carbon black is described. The procedure includes extraction , preparation by silica gel column chromatography,and determination by HPLC with diode-array UV detector. Different solvents were used for the extraction. It was found that the highest extractable quantity was obtained by using chlorobenzene. The preseparation, the optimization of HPLC separation, the selection of detection wavelengths,and the calibration curve are discussed....

The identification of sample peaks in the chromatogram was confirmed by comparing the retention time and the UV spectrum with those of standards.

本文叙述了碳黑中致突变性硝基多环芳烃的分析方法,用不同溶剂萃取碳黑样品表明,氯苯具有较高的提取效率,并对预分离、高效液相色谱条件的选择、检测器波长的确定和响应曲线等进行了讨论。应用本分析方法在某种工业碳黑中检出了3-硝基-9-芴酮。样品色谱峰的定性经与标准样品的色谱保留时间和紫外光谱图进行了对照确认。
