To maintain the same number of contact points between the cutter and the workpiece, this paper suggests the balance contact shaving method by using smaller pressure angle shaving cutter, that is using the combination of the balance contact shaving cutter and modifying the tooth profile of shaving cutter.

本文认为剃齿齿轮产生齿形中凹现象的主要原因是由于剃齿刀和齿轮在无侧隙紧密啮合过程中,因两侧齿面接触点数量的变化引起切削力的不平衡而造成的。为了保持两侧齿面接触点的数量相同,本文建议采用小啮合角剃齿刀的平衡接触剃齿法,即采用小啮合角剃齿刀和修正剃齿刀齿形曲线相结合的办法。

In the design of low noise machine, the choice of gear module is a very important problem in gear transmission system.
