On the basis of referring literatures of China and abroad, in this paper the state space analysis from the modern control theory is applied for dynamic analysis of the fluid power systems of machine tools, and bond graphs are used to efficiently build the state equations of researched systems. Up to now, in the dynamic analysis of fluid power systems the transfer function analysis from the classical control theory was often used. This method has its limitation. On the basis of referring literatures of China and abroad, in this paper the state space analysis from the modern control theory is applied for dynamic analysis of the fluid power systems of machine tools, and bond graphs are used to efficiently build the state equations of researched systems. This method may be used for nonlinear systems with multiple input and multiple output variables, and the initial values of variables may not be zero. The dynamic characteristics of several interested output variables may be obtained by use of the computer. So this method is partic ularly suitable for more complex fluid power systems. In this paper a typical system is ana- lysed in theory and is compared with the experimental result. This investiga- tion indicates that this approach is feasible for the dynamic analysis of fluid power systems.

本文采用状态空间分析法,应用键合图有效而简便地建立了所研究系统的状 态方程。该法可以较方便地考虑一些非线性因素,可以是多输入变量和多输出变 量,状态变量的初始值也不一定限于零。经过计算机计算,可以得到感兴趣的若干 输出变量的动态过程,因此特别适用于分析研究比较复杂的液压系统。本文选择了 一个较典型的系统进行了理论分析,并用试验的结果进行比较,证明这种方法是切 实可行的。

The large scale system is a kind of multi-variable system characterized by having a very large number of variables.The application of conventional parameter estimation methods for multi-input and multi-output systems to large scale system are almost impossible,because the computation requirement due to high dimensionality is so tremendous that it should be hard to carry out.This is the difficulty to be surmounted or bypassed when one tries to identify a large scale system.A review of various methods tractable to those problems are introduced hereby.Conceptually,these methods fall into two catalogues,i.e.simplification and decentralization.The simplification procedures for parameter estimation of large scale system are based on perturbation techniques.The decentralization approaches are realized by hierarchical structure methods.They will give either the on-line estimates with the aid of distributed computing system or the off-line estimates with a minicomputer when such a system is unavailable.The discussion involves perturbation theory,hierarchical system theory extended Kalman filter,maximum a posteriori estimation,some iterative methods and recursive methods etc.The emphasis are,however,placed on the conceptual developments.In the conclusion,the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches together with a perspective of future development are discussed.

大系统是一种变量甚多的多变量系统。把通常的多输人多输出系统参数估计的方法用于大系统,则往往因维数太高,使计算量过大,而难于实现。大系统参数估计必须克服这种困难。主要有两个途径:一是简化,二是分散。本文综述了采用这两个途径的现有方法。主要是摄动方法、借助于分布式计算机系统可用于在线估计的递阶结构方法以及用较小计算机就可离线进行大系统参数估计的递阶结构方法。综述着重于阐明主要概念,指出现有方法的优缺点和发展方向。
