    磨削烧伤是机械制造领域中的重要问题之一。它影响机器零件寿命和机器设备运行的稳定性与可靠性,迄今尚无在生产条件下适用的解决办法。本文提出了通过磨削火花温度在线辨识磨削烧伤,研制了光纤一红外测温仪,对磨削火花温度形成机理,统计特性,数学模型、频谱特性进行了系统的研究。研究结果证明磨削火花温度系统不是白噪声,而是宽平稳随机过程,它和工件与砂轮接触面温度有较好的相似性,故可以用于磨削烧伤在线辨识。

On the basis of systematic analysis of mathematic modeland equation cf radiant transfer, a real time diagnosis and treatment method has been wor-ked out, in which the spectral filter and auto-correlation measurement are used of non stati-onary random fluctuation interferrence. Therefore, the radiant information of surface temperature might be obtaine dthrough me-asured equivalent radiation after deducting various background interferences from absolutecalibration data. The operation of developed system is stable and easy to maintain. The relative error△T/T≤1~1.5% of measurment near 1200℃. The open loop control of temperature has been re-alized.

    在概述国内外轧钢加热炉内钢坯辐射测温原理基础上,重点研究了炉内钢坯温度在线红外测试新技术新方法。该项技术是从炉内辐射测温光程空间干扰场性质和钢坯表面特性研究出发,在系统分析测温数模和辐射传输方程基础上,提出用光谱滤波技术,自相关测量方法,实时判断处理了非稳态随机跳变干扰,应用现场绝对定标数据,在线扣除各温程段等效背景干扰,由所测等效辐射中分离出“钢坯表面温度”辐射信息。我们研制的测温系统运行稳定,维修方便,在1200℃左右测温相对误差ΔT/T≤1~1.5%,并实现了开环温度控制。

    In this paper, an idea and a method of designing the computer controlsystem with a monolithic processer for trickle impregnating process ofgenerator rotor are introduced. Together with the trickle impregnatingdevice, the system has achieved the on-line detection of the rotor windingtemperature and the real-time control of the trickle impregnating process.The practical operation shows that the design is successful.

    本文介绍了发电机转子滴浸工艺过程微机控制系统的设计思想和设计方法。该系统与滴浸装置配套实现了发电机转子滴浸过程中温度的在线检测和实时控制。实际运行表明,设计是成功的。
