作者应用了边界层理论中的分析解法来处理饱和蒸汽静止时膜状凝结放热的问题,相似理论的分析指明在膜状凝结放热的问题里有四个无因次量起着作用,它们是努谢尔特准则数 Nu 或代替它的雷诺准则数 Re,伽利略准则数 Ga,普朗特准则数 Pr 和一个焓的比值 K 准则数。在蒸汽静止和凝结液膜处于层流的范围内时,本文的分析说明凝结液膜中的速度分布是抛物线形的而温度分布是直线形的.文章说明膜状凝结放热的基本微分方程式组可以转化成一组动量与热量的积分关系式组.这组积分关系式组的解同克鲁其林的结果相符合.这个理论解对于 Pr>1和 K>5的情况来说,例如蒸汽在普通压力下凝结就是这样的,得到和努谢尔特公式一致的结果.但对于 Pr<1或K<5的情况来说,例如金属蒸汽的凝结就是这样的,本文的解对努谢尔特公式的修正是不可忽略的.文章并包括各种不同 Pr 数和 K 数时对努谢尔特公式的修正系数的图表.

本文的任务是把上一篇论文的理论引伸到凝结液膜部分湍流条件下的膜状凝结放热.在这个范围里理论分析和实验结果符合的程度达到和层流范围内努谢尔特理论公式和实验结果符合程度相比拟的地步.根据理论分析的结果设计计算的推荐式可采用:Re=0.025((Ga~(1/3)/(Pr·K))~(1.41)这个推荐式给出的放热系数较纯理论式的结果高36%而与实验结果基本一致,同时亦和多种来源的经验公式相近.本文亦给出适用于极低 Pr 数介质凝结液情况的较一般的理论分析.分析的结果指明,对 Pr《1而部分湍流的情况来说,忽略液膜加速度和液膜本身对流所引起的误差较层流时更大。把这个因素考虑在内则此时放热系数的值比努谢尔特公式给出的值更低得多.文章包括了以图表形式表出的最终结果.

Because the heat conductive resistance of a liquid microlayer beneath the vapor bubbles in nucleate boiling is very small, in some range of the heat flux density, boiling heat transfer can be enhanced by a method for delaying departure of the vapor bubbles. On the basis of this judgement, authors propose a new enhanced method of boiling heat transfer, namely the use of a perforated plate for restricting vapor bubbles (PPRVB), and the experiments of pool boiling heat transfer by using the PPRVB are carried oat....

The experimental results show that pool boiling heat transfer can be severalfold enhanced by means of the PPRVB. A relation of pool boiling heat transfer by using the PPRVB and a relation of the optimal spacing between the PPRVB and heating surface are recommended.

液体沸腾时泡底微层液膜的导热蒸发热阻低,在一定热流密度范围内,采取措施适当延迟汽泡的脱离就可能强化沸腾传热。本文据此提出了一种强化核沸腾传热的新方法——抑泡孔板法,并对采用抑泡孔板的池沸腾传热进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,采用抑泡孔板可以使沸腾传热系数增加几倍乃至十几倍。同时也得到了采用抑泡孔板时沸腾传热的准则方程式和最佳板距的准则方程式。
