After analysing the various factors influencing gear strength, this paper distinguishes between the rea1 variables and the random variables, using typical load spectrum to determine calculation load On the basis of the test data recommended in the Natioal Standards Calculation(Draft), this paper solves the mathematical characteristic value of the random variables by using the method of mathematical statistics. Also this paper brings forward some practical measures of the reliability design of gesr strength, a calculation model, reliability index and standand value, in light of the characters of gears.

可靠性工程是一门实践性强的新学科。本文以圆柱齿轮传动强度计算国家标准试算稿为基本依据,在深入分析影响齿轮强度诸因素后,区分了确定性变量与随机变量,采用了典型载荷谱来确定计算载荷。在试算稿推荐的实验数据基础上,用数理统计的方法求出了各随机变量的数学特征值,并针对齿轮的特点,提出了实用的圆柱齿轮强度可靠性设计的步骤、计算模型、可靠性指标及标准值,从而提供了圆柱齿轮强度可靠性设计的实用而简化的方法。

A design program for the calculating of cylinder gear transmission reducer is presented in this paper.Based on the given different parameters of the barrel of a reducer(such as the pulling force and speed of belt transmission,the diameter of the barrel etc.),the kinematic calculation of the gear reducer and the calculation of the strength of the transmission gear may be made out by the program.Changing the number of the teeth of a pinion gear or the hardness of the surface of tooth and other parameters,the different...

A design program for the calculating of cylinder gear transmission reducer is presented in this paper.Based on the given different parameters of the barrel of a reducer(such as the pulling force and speed of belt transmission,the diameter of the barrel etc.),the kinematic calculation of the gear reducer and the calculation of the strength of the transmission gear may be made out by the program.Changing the number of the teeth of a pinion gear or the hardness of the surface of tooth and other parameters,the different results will be gained. In front of the description of source program,the methods of treaded data and charts in the design program for gear transmission is explained briefly. Some of the output followed the source program is obtained on the computer Ⅰ—100,and the program has been checked with a solved typical problem.

本文提出了圆柱齿轮传动减速器计算的设计程序。本程序根据给定的减速器卷筒的有关参数(如皮带传动的拉力、速度、卷筒直径等)的不同要求进行减速器的传动计算及齿轮传动的强度计算。只要改变小齿轮齿数或齿轮齿面硬度及相应的有关参数,可得到齿轮传动计算的不同结果。本文在介绍源程序之前,对齿轮传动设计程序中处理数表、线图的方法作了简略地说明。源程序后面列出的部分输出结果是在I—100机上得到的,并用典型的课题对程序进行了考核。

本文研究了用袖珍计算机PC-1500进行齿轮传动强度设计与校核的数学模型与程序设计方法。包括了直齿圆柱、斜齿圆柱与直齿圆锥齿轮传动三种类型;每一类型中又分为闭式与开式、软齿面与硬齿面、外啮合与内啮合等情况。计算程序使用BASIC语言。使用本程序时,只要按照计算程序框图说明,向计算机输入原始数据即可。
