Reflectance within the ranges of 490780 nm (r2 = 0.69), 510780nm (r2 = 0.74), 5161300nm (r2 = 0.62) and 5401300 nm (r2 = 0.60) exhibited the strongest relationship with infection levels of both powdery mildew and take-all disease.
      
Among the evaluated spectra the range of 490780nm showed most sensitive response to damage caused by powdery mildew and take-all infestation.
      
Further studies have to be carried out, to discriminate powdery mildew and take-all infection from other plant stress factors in order to develop suitable decision support systems for site-specific fungicide application.

During the lunar occultation of the active region composed of a bipolar sunspot group (see Fig.1), from the peak points of the eclipse slope curves at 2, 3,2, 8.2 and 21 cm wavelengths (see Fig. 2), core sites of microwave radio sources along the occultation path. were determined. These sites were shifted separately to the corresponding heights of the effective radiation layers, and connected through several sets of closed arclines,...

These sites were shifted separately to the corresponding heights of the effective radiation layers, and connected through several sets of closed arclines, then the magnetic loop structure of the soar radio source was obtained (see Fig. 4),The corresponding correlations between the sites, angular diameters, flaxes and space distributions of the radio sources and the intensities, extensions, solid angles and shapes of the magnetic fields for the bipolar sunspot were analysesed. The result of 8.2cm wavelength is similar to the solar loop structure observed with the VLA at 6 cm wavelength.Fig. 3 is the radio radiation flux spectrum of the active region. It shows that the gyro-magnetic radiation of this active region is stronger than the bremsstrahlung radiation.

1980年2月16日云南日全蚀期间,在月掩具有双极黑子群的活动区过程中,分别由2,3.2,8.2和21厘米波段的蚀变斜率曲线峰值时刻,定出各波段射电源核心沿掩蚀方向的部位,将其一一移至相应有效辐射层的高度上,用几簇封闭的弧线连结起来,得到射电源的磁拱结构.分析了射电源的位置、角径、流量和空间分布同磁场的强度、范围、立体角和形状之间的对应关系.其中8.2厘米的结果同甚大阵观测的太阳6厘米环状结构基本一致.有效辐射层与磁拱相交的区域,主要产生磁回旋辐射,形成射电源的“核”;有效辐射层以上受磁拱约束的光学深度薄的区域,主要产生热轫致辐射,形成射电源的“晕”.由于有效辐射层随波长增大而升高,磁拱中对较长波长为核的区域,可能就是较短波长晕的组成部分.

自山东泰安及烟台地区的小麦全蚀病菌中提取到两种类型颗粒,一类是球形至多边形的病毒颗粒,直径在22~45毫微米之间,多数为27~32毫微米;另一类是棒状颗粒,长度为40~185毫微米×16毫微米,平均108×16毫微米,提取的球形病毒具有核蛋白的典型吸收光谱,最大和最小吸收值的波长分别在260毫微米和240毫微米,A260/240=1.24,A260/280=1.62。以烟台株病毒制备的抗血清,分别与烟台及泰安株病毒在琼脂免疫双扩散中作用均产生沉淀线,表明二者具有共同的血清型。烟台株病毒经苯酚抽提后的核酸样品最大吸收波长是260毫微米,最小是230毫微米,经聚丙烯酰胺—琼脂糖凝胶电泳分离为两条迁移率相近的带,表明此病毒有两个基因片断,在分类上属于需要两个dsRNA片断才能复制的等轴dsRNA真菌病毒。其外壳蛋白经测定含分子量70,000的多肽。从浙江、湖北等11个省(市)的12株全蚀病菌中均提取到了病毒,比较了各菌的菌落颜色,生长速度和病毒浓度。

Fungal virus nucleic acids isolated from Penicillium chrysogenum 803, Penicillium chrysogenum 316 and Gaeumannomyces graminis have been detected by Ouchterlony doublediffusion test with antisera to Poly (Ⅰ): Poly (C) prepared previousely. This antisera can react with all these virus nucleic acids either extracted from virus particles or directly from fungal mycelia, and give visible precipitin line in double diffusion test, but not react with thermal denatured nucleic acids of these viruses, TMV-RNA and yeast RNA. The antisera to Poly (I): Poly (C) can also react with purified virions of Penicillium chrysogenum 803 and Penicillium chrysogenum 316 giving visible precipitin lines in doubls diffusion test, but not react with virions of Gaeumannomyces graminis. Consequently the antisera prepared to home-made Poly (I): Poly (C) can be used in screening fungal virusee with ds-RNA.

用国产多聚[I]:多聚[C]制备成双链RNA特异性的抗血清。在Ouchterlony免疫双扩散中此抗血清能和产黄青霉803,316及小麦全蚀病菌的病毒核酸产生沉淀线,而和106℃加热迅速冷却变性的上述病毒核酸以及酵母RNA,TMV-RNA均不产生沉淀线。证明三株真菌的病毒核酸为ds—RNA。试验也证明在免疫双扩散中,多聚[I]:多聚[C]抗血清和产黄青霉803,316的病毒体也可产生沉淀线,但和小麦全蚀病菌的病毒体不产生沉淀线。依同法也可直接测定由感染真菌病毒的菌丝体中提取的病毒ds-RNA。从而可用这一简易灵敏的免疫化学方法筛选双链RNA真菌病毒。
