This paper suggests an X-ray fluorescence method for determining the composition of lead zirconate-titanate, which is based on the Rasberry-Heinrich correction equation and adopts the differential delta-coefficient method proposed by Claisse et al. for mathematical correction of the interelement absorption-enhancement effects. All the specimens are prepared by sodium-lithium tetraborate fusion technology.Calculation of delta-coefficients and the iterative evaluation of the sample compositions are carried out on a micro-computer. Accurate results can also be obtained even if the evaluated influence coefficients are not correctly made and only one reference standard is necessary during sample determinations. The method is more accurate and more convenient and is particularly suitable for the routine analysis where the composition variations are usually not very large.The analytical results obtained from this method agree well with those from chemical analysis. The standard deviations of the method from a sample containing PbO 64%, ZrO_225%, TiO_27% and La_2 O_34% were±0.12%, ±0.08%, ±0.04% and ±0.04%, respectively.

A method for the determination of small amount of uranium in technological solution containing plutonium by X-ray fluorescence analysis is presented featuring selective excitation, selective absorption and the use of scattered radiation as internal standard. A method for the determination of small amount of uranium in technological solution containing plutonium by X-ray fluorescence analysis is presented featuring selective excitation, selective absorption and the use of scattered radiation as internal standard. An X-ray tube source with a. molybdenum anode and a Si (Li) detector are used. By measuring the ratio of ULa X-ray to the scattered MoKa X-ray in the sample, the concentration of uranium is obtained accurately. Variations of concentration of Pu, Fe, HNO3, F. P. and instability of X-ray source have only minor influence on the determination of uranium. The measuring time is 10 min and the method can be used for analysis of samples containing 0-200 mg/1 of uranium with a standard deviation of≤±3 mg with 8 mg/1 as the lowest limit of detection.

本工作建立了一种测定含钚工艺溶液中小量铀的X射线荧光分析法,综合应用了选择激发、选择吸收和散射内标等方法,使用钼靶管X射线源和Si(Li)探测装置,只需测出试样的UL_σ和MoK_σ的强度比,就可准确测定其含铀量。试样中钚、铁、硝酸和裂片元素含量的变化和光源强度的波动等对测铀的影响都很小。测量时间为10分钟,含铀量在0—200mg/1范围内,方法的标准偏差为≤±3mgU/1,探测下限为8mgU/1。

This paper gives a brief introduction of quantitative analysis using XRF method (excited by radioisotope), of about ten elements of worker's hair engagen in CS2 work. Of man's hair Ca, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, Sr and Cu/Zn are evidently lower than contrast group; women's hair is lower in Zn; no difference in Fe for both sexes.

本文简要介绍了用同位素源激发X射线荧光分析法(XRF),对CS_2作业工人头发中的十种元素进行定量分析。男性头发中Ca、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Sr及Cu/Zn显著低于对照组;女性仅发Zn有显著减少;而发Fe无论男女均无显著差异。
