Results such as: stasis, deficiency of spleen, heat-toxin, damp-heat, insufficiency of liver and kidney and depression are the predominant causes of PLC, and the frequencies are 68.9%, 66.7%, 51.1%, 48.9%, 48.9% and 46.7% respectively;
Qi stagnation and blood stasis, accumulation of damp-heat, dampness encumbering spleen due to asthenia, stagnation of liver Qi and insufficiency of liver and kidney are the usual symptoms and signs, and the frequencies are 79.07%, 68.22%, 63.57%, 54.26% and 52.71% respectively;
The result shows that the main PS TCM syndromes are blood heat, blood dryness, blood stasis and dampness-heat. The syndrome of blood heat is the key of the evolution of syndromes, the familiar beginning syndrome of PS, the hinge of the transforming of pathogenesis.
Patient with LVDD attributed to the pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb had a higher level on ET-1 , TXB2 T/P and a decreased level on NO and 6-keto-PGFi a when compared with diabetes group.
Results: In 960 cases of chronic superficial gastritis,the frequencies of occurrence of different TCM syndromes were: 51.0% incoordination between the liver and stomach,18.8% stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen,11.7% weakness of the spleen and stomach,10.2% dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and 8.3% asthenic fluid in stomach.
Among them 30 patients were allocated to the syndrome of blood stasis (A 1),and the others to pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb (A 2) according to syndrome differentiation in TCM. Patients with diabetes (B),with arteriosclerosis obliterans (C) and healthy adults (D),20 cases in each group,were observed as the control groups.
CONCLUSION It′s available to use Sodium bisulfite and Calcium Disodium Edtate as antioxygen and mental complexant,adjusting pH 3.0～5.0 with hydrochloric acid,the level of activated charcoal was 0.02%(g·ml~(-1)),moist heat sterilization at 115℃ for 30 minutes as condition of producing propylgallate and sodium chloride injection,its production was stabile and reliable.
METHODS Mainly through adding Sodium bisulfite and Calcium Disodium Edtate to prevent propygallate from being oxidated as well as chromogenic reaction with metal ions,adjusting pH 3.0～5.0 with hydrochloric acid,the quality of activated charcoal used is 0.02% of the solution,sterilization using moist heat must be done at 115℃ for 30 minutes.
Decontamination of food-packing material using moist heat
A prototype machine was built to investigate the inactivation of microorganisms on the surface of packing material, using moist heat for a short time, similar to the time needed for decontamination by peroxide.
Moist heat decontamination is a promising method which could help manufacturers pack food in a microbiologically safe manner, without the use of chemicals.
In all cases where moist heat was employed, the activity of both the urease and lipoxidase enzyme systems was reduced to a level satisfactory for feeding prior to the point where the maximum glutelin protein fraction was attained.
