The total rate of mass transfer for the case of non-equilibrium at the liquid liquid interface for a non-ideal laminar jet was derived as follows.

本文导出在液液系统中实际射流界面不平衡总传质速度方程式: [公斤分子/小时] 于是,由实验测得φ值可计算出k_s。 应用滞流射流法研究液液系统界面阻力,测得异丁醇-水系统在温度为25℃,名义接触时间为0.065—0.342[秒]时,界面阻力为1.4[小时/米],乙酸乙酯-水系统在名义接触时间为0.066—0.262[秒]时三个温度的界面阻力分别为: 温度[℃] 20 25 30 界面阻力[小时/米] 2.4 1.6 1.2环己醇-水系统在25℃和在名义接触时间为0.081—0.404[秒]时,界面阻力为6.3[小时/米]。从实验结果看出,界面阻力和温度有密切关系,随温度下降而增加。 对乙酸乙酯-水系统,本文并应用自来水,或加有少量表面活性剂十六烷基磺酸钠、拉开粉BX的水溶液作为射流液进行传质试验,发现它们都对传质速度没有影响。

A study on the mass transfer in liquid extraction with the dispersed phase introduced as a vapor was made in glass spray towers. The system chosen for study was carbon tetrachloride-acetic acid-water. Extraction data were obtained for single liquid drops instead of swarms of drops, for ease of comparison with the ordinary liquid extraction operation.

在噴淋式玻璃萃取塔中对引入蒸气态分散相的液-液萃取传质过程进行了研究。实驗选用的物料系統是四氯化碳-醋酸-水,进行实驗时,用单液滴而不用液滴群,以便于同一般液-液萃取操作作比較。实驗結果表明:(1)在相同的操作条件下,引入蒸气态分散相的萃取操作,其总萃取量(包括液滴形成,下降和汇合三个阶段)和传质系数都比一般液-液萃取操作的相应值为高,且塔愈短,这种高出的量也愈多。(2)上述現象的产生可归因于引入蒸气态分散相的萃取操作具有更显著的端效应,而这种端效应主要是由液滴形成时的驟然相变(蒸气泡在喷咀口上冷凝成为液滴)引起的。

In this article, we presented for experimental studies and design purposes the calculations of the extractive distillation column which serves to purify the alcohol-water mixture produced by the bydration process of ethylene. The vapor-liquid and liquid-liquid equilibria are calculated with the modified Wilson equation [6、7]. The matherratical model and computational procedure with the application of the modified relaxation method are employed in the column calculations and some illustrative examples are discussed....

结合乙烯直接水合乙醇精制的试验研究,对萃取蒸馏塔进行了计算,供实验与设计参考。该系统的汽液和液液相平衡关系的计算采用修正的威尔逊方程式[5]。本文介绍修正的松弛法(Modified Relaxation Method)计算萃取蒸馏塔的数学模型、计算步骤,并附有例题。
