The experimental results show that "tetrad effect" exists apparently. The extrability greatly depends on the pH value of the water phase. By means of extraction-photomentric method the chemical composition of the ternary complexes has been determined as RE (phen) (Sal) 3 when the pH value in the water phase is 4. But at 5.5 pH value the proportion of RE : phen is 1 :...

The change of temperature does not affect the extraction of rare earth element greatly, and the △Hex approaches to zero.

本文研究了在水相-氯仿间以邻菲绕啉和水杨酸萃取三价稀土离子的行为,实验表明,稀土的萃取分配比与原子序数的关系亦呈现“四分组效应”,络合物的萃取与平衡水相的pH值有着密切的关系。借萃取光度法测定了三元络合物在CHCl_3中的组成。在pH=4时,萃合物的组分为R_E phen(Sal)_3,而在pH=5.5时,萃合物中稀土与邻菲绕啉分子数之比为R_E:phen=1:2. 平衡水相的pH=4时钇表现出不同于所有镧系元素的萃取性质。确定了温度变化对稀土萃取的影响不大,萃合热△H_(ex)≈0。
