Preparation and effect of magnetic nano-microspheres containing As_2O_3 in treatment of human cervical cancer in combination with magnetic fluid hyperthermia in vitro
Objective: To study the preparation method of magnetic nano-microspheres containing As2O3 and their antitumor effect on human cervical cancer cells in combination with magnetic fluid hyperthermia.
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Fe 2O 3 nanometer magnetic fluid hyperthermia under a high frequency alternating electromagnetic field on human hepatocarcinoma SMMC 7721 cells in vitro and in vivo.
Results Fe 2O 3 nanometer magnetic fluid hyperthermia could significantly inhibit the proliferation and rapidly increase the ratio of apoptosis of SMMC 7721 cells and the effect was dose dependent, and could also induce a G 2/M phase arrest in this cell line.
Methords①With the sulfate as the materials and NaOH as precipitator, Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared, which are characterizated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)、transmission electron microscope(TEM) and heat analysis system .
Experimental results show that magnetic nano-microspheres co ntaining As 2O 3 can be successfully prepared by this modified cold-conden sation method. The result provides a theoretical and practical basis for further study of magnetic microspheres containing medicine and magnetic fluid hyperthe rmia.
Objective: To evaluate the in viro and in vivo toxicity of self-prepared nanosized Mn-Zn ferrite, which has the potential implication in tumor hyperthermia.
From the results of our experiment, we could consider that nanosized Fe_3O_4 (self preparation) is a kind of high biocompatibility materials and perhaps is suitable for further application in tumor hyperthermia.
In addition, combinations of hyperthermia with novel technologies (magnetic fluid hyperthermia, thermosensitive liposomes, immunotherapy, gene targeting) are imminent.
